This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17680 of in Crl.O.P.No.22477 of dated 14.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily on the 1st of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17680 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22477 of dated 14.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
