C.M.P.No.13297 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 195 days in paying deficit Court fee in the above said appeal.

C.M.P.No.13293 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 486 days in representing the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 195 & 486 days are condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) each to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 001.
