O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for deposit of 20% of the compensation amount, which was imposed as a condition by the Appellate Court while suspending sentence imposed against the petitioner, who was convicted for an offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 20% of the amount which works out to Rs.1,88,000/- has been made ready and it will be immediately deposited in compliance with the condition imposed by the Court below. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving one last opportunity to the petitioner to deposit the 20% of the compensation amount (Rs.1,88,000/-) on or before 04.07.2019. The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to comply with the conditions within the time stipulated by this Court, the suspension of sentence granted in favour of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner shall stand cancelled without any further reference to this Court.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
