Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submit that this petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1060 days in representing the above C.M.A.S.R.No.48672 of 2022.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioners are not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 1060 days and the delay of 1060 days is condoned.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
