O R D E R
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to remove the Electricity Transformer installed in front of the petitioner's house site property situated at Survey No.446/12A to the extent of 7607 1⁄4 sq. ft., in Jayamkondam, Ariyalur District, which causes hindrance to have access to the petitioner's house site, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner on 10.04.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. The second respondent filed counter-affidavit stating that the Electricity Transformer shall be shifted only by giving proper representation for shifting or removing by paying full estimate cost of the shifting or removing works of the said Electricity Transformer.
3. When the counter-affidavit filed by the second respondent reveals that on submission of application and payment of charges, the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed, the petitioner is at liberty to submit such an application as required along with the cost as determined for the purpose of redressing his grievances in the manner known to law. In the event of filing any such application by the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the same as expeditiously as possible.
