Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and also perused the materials placed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the petition is ordered and the leave to file the above revision is granted.

The Registry is directed to number the petition, if it is otherwise in order and post along with CRP.No.2345 of 2022, after one week.
