The petitioner, who appeared party-in-person, filed proof of service to show the notice have been served on both respondents. Despite the same, the counsel appeared only for R1, no one is appearing for R2.
2.Since the delay is only 82 days in filing this revision, considering the facts and circumstances as well as the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
