The petitioner has filed the present writ petition, challenging the order dated 27.09.2010 passed by the second respondent, whereby, the petitioner was expelled from the institution and the hostel on the ground that he was involved in undesirable activities.

infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
