ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the compensation amount has been deposited before the Sub Court,

Vellore, to the account of CMA No.9 of 1999.

The learned Government Advocate produced the relevant documents and it is seen that the deposit of cheque was made before the Court below on 01.06.2022 and it is brought to the notice of this Court that the cheque has been realised on 06.06.2022. 3.

In view of the above development, it is left open to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the Sub Court, Vellore, seeking for withdrawal of the amount and the concerned Court shall pass appropriate orders.
