2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.690 of 2014 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chidambaram on 20.05.2015, but the learned Magistrate has not taken the same on file.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with a further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Chidambaram to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass appropriate orders on the final report in Crime No.690 of 2014.
