Mr.Francis Cedric D'Cruz, the learned Advocate Commissioner is present today and submitted that he completed the inspection of property with the help of Taluk Surveyor. He is yet to receive the report from the surveyor and he requests three weeks time for filing report.

2.It is submitted by Mr.R.Thiyagarajan, the learned Senior Advocate that he already filed change of vakalath for defendant/Mrs.Nafisa Ismail Dhariwala in the place of M/s.Zaffarullah Khan.

3.Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.R.Thiyagarajan, as the learned counsel representing for defendant.

4.Post the matter after three weeks.
