ORDER

This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.161 of 2017 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Mettur, to the file of the Family Court, Salem.

2. When the matter was listed on 02.11.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to pay batta for effecting service on the respondent. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 15.10.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter on 16.10.2019 under the caption "For dismissal". Accordingly, when the matter is listed today i.e. on 16.10.2019, again there is no representation for the petitioner and even the batta has not been paid as directed by this Court on 02.11.2018.
