This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Jebaselvan, a petition enquiry is pending in CSR. No.619 of 2018 against the petitioner and the same has been closed on 03.05.2018. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition closed.
