Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, pleased to withdraw the FCOP No.104 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court at Erode and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Coimbatore.

O R D E R

The wife seeks transfer of FCOP No.104 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Erode to the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

2. The sole ground of transfer sought for is that of convenience, since the wife is now residing with her parents in Coimbatore.

3. Though the husband was served, he has not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through counsel duly instructed.

4. Considering the fact that the wife is a resident of Coimbatore, the proceedings in FCOP No.104 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Erode are withdrawn and transferred to the Principal Family Court, Coimbatore to be disposed of in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
