This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 55days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. 3.
Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 55 days is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. The name of the learned counsel for the 1st respondent shall be printed in the cause list at the time of admission. The learned counsel for the appellant shall serve the papers on the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.
