This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police everyday morning at 10.30 a.m., and evening at 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1881 of 2024 dated 08.02.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday morning at 10.30 a.m., for another period of four months.
