O R D E R

This revision is filed seeking a direction to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.797 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, within a time frame.

2. Petitioner/husband has filed the original petition for divorce. Pending H.M.O.P., petitioner has approached the Madurai Bench of this Court seeking early disposal of the H.M.O.P. in C.R.P.(PD)(MD) No.617 of 2018 and by order dated 21.06.2018, Madurai Bench of this Court has directed the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy to dispose of the H.M.O.P. within a period of five months. In the meantime, respondent/wife filed a petition seeking transfer of the said H.M.O.P. from Trichy to Poonamalee and the said petition was allowed and the H.M.O.P. was transferred to the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Poonamalee and renumbered as H.M.O.P.No.797 of 2018 and the same is pending. In these circumstances, the petitioner/husband has filed the present revision seeking early disposal of the H.M.O.P. within a time frame.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the records carefully.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the revision, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee, is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.797 of 2018, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
