submit in presence of Hon'ble Madras High Court about day by day activities of their expenses would have been settled of which has received and issued all kind of flood relief funds with video recording.

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) This is once again the petition filed in person by the petitioner, who now wants the Court to monitor the distribution of food packets in the flood relief because he apprehends that the Government may not do this. The aforesaid can hardly be any cause for a public interest litigation based solely on apprehension.
2. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
