This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18979 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15450 of 2023 dated 15.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, final report is not yet filed in this case.

3. Considering the fact that, final report is not yet filed, this Court directs the petitioner to comply with the earlier condition ie., petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month till the filing of the final report.
