These petitions have been filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 11.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10993 of 2022 to execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and to extend the time for execution of sureties.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and time is extended till 01.08.2022 to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court.
