Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent in Letter No.AE/O&M/West/Namakkal/F/No.050/14, dated 03.05.2014 directing the petitioner to pay Rs.1,06,869/- towards extra levy payable in A/c No.208-015-752 before effecting temporary supply to him and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the provisions of Electricity Act 2003 and consequently direct the third respondent to accept the application for L.T. Service connection and grant temporary supply.
