O R D E R

Seeking survey of land followed by issuance of Patta, the petitioner made a representation on 13.04.2015 followed by another one on 10.08.2015. Though the representations were acknowledged by the District Collector by indicating that the petitioner will have to approach the respondent No. 1, there is no further progress and hence, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No. 1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 13.04.2015 and 10.08.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as third parties, if any.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
