This petition is filed to recognise the petitioners 1 to 3/appellants 3 to 5 as legal heirs of the deceased second appellant and to bring on record the remaining legal heirs, namely the petitioners 7 to 10 herein, as legal heirs of the deceased second appellant and rank them as Appellants 7 to 10 in the above appeal.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents did not raise any serious objection and this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions. Hence, these petitions are allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the Second Appeal No.1232 of 2009 and list the matter for final hearing after two weeks.
