The petitioner made an application on 10.09.2015 to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3, seeking permission for opening a School from standards LKG to VIIIth. As the said application is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court, seeking appropriate orders to be passed by the respondent No. 2, based upon the order passed in W.P. No. 20329 of 2014, dated 06.04.2015 and the order passed in the Contempt Petition No. 1391 of 2015, dated 30.11.2015. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the above, taking into consideration the pendency of the application made by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 10.09.2015, by considering the scope and applicability of the order passed in W.P. No. 20329 of 2014, dated 06.04.2015 and the order passed in the Contempt Petition No. 1391 of 2015, dated 30.11.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
