The Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order 04.03.2014 passed in I.A.No.2153 of 2013 in Election O.P.No.141 of 2011, by the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram.

2. Today when the Civil Revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Civil Miscellaneous Petition became infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
