ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has settled the matter by paying an aggregate sum of Rs.3,30,00,000/- to the petitioner. He submits that the last installment of Rs.20,00,000/- was paid recently by way of demand draft. Although the petition was admitted on 07.09.2015 and the Official Liquidator was appointed as the Provisional Liquidator, said order was stayed on 15.12.2015. No other creditor has supported the petition till date.

2. In view thereof, C.P.No.216 of 2012 is dismissed as settled out of Court.
