CMP.No.13023 of 2020 has been filed to condone the delay of 53 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of second respondent viz., Sakina Bi in S.A.No.737 of 2015; CMP.No.13025 of 2020 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent viz., Sakina Bi in S.A.No.737 of 2015; CMP.No.13027 of 2020 has been filed to bring on record the third respondent herein viz., Malum Bi as the legal representative of the deceased second respondent and rank her as the third respondent in S.A.No.737 of 2015.

2.The factum of the death of the second respondent and the proposed respondent No.3 is the legal representative of the deceased, are not in dispute.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed. 4.The Registry is directed to amend the cause title within a period of two weeks and post the second appeals after three weeks. 31.01.2022 Dua https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
