ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct proper investigation by conducting genuine enquiry to file final report in Crime No.22 of 2024 dated 09.01.2024 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed on 07.06.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arani. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 25.06.2024 asi -2-
