2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Sudhakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that now the prayer sought by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, he wants to withdraw the Writ Petition.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
