This Writ Miscellaneous petition has been filed to clarify the order dated 20.12.2022 in W.P.No.26368 of 2010 to whether the liability to pay the backwages will be that of the Goverment, as twice observed by two Hon'ble Division Benches in orders dated 23.10.1998 in W.A.No.1407 of 1998 and dated 20.07.2005 in W.A.No.942 of 2005 or to issue clarifications as it deem fit to this order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 1st to 4th respondents.

3. This Court is of the view that there is no error apparent on the face of record. Therefore, this Court finds that there is no clarification required in the order passed on 20.12.2022. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
