ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioner praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give police protection to him and his family members and also to their properties.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would contend that the petition filed by the petitioner in this regard was enquired by the Police and was closed as they could not find out any substance in the petition.

3. In the facts and cirucumstances of the present case, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed.
