And B.A. B.Ed degree as per Appendix 13 of the National Council for Teacher Eduation (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations, 2014, without enclosing the No Objection Certificate sought by the 1st respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner was issued with No Objection Certificate by the 2nd respondent on 06.11.2015 and the same was also forwarded to the 1st respondent. Now, seeking to reconsider the application submitted by the petitioner through online on 30.05.2015 seeking recognition, which has also been given by way of hard copy on 13.06.2015, the present writ petition has been filed. As submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, what the petitioner wants is only re-consideration of the application made on 30.05.2015 along with the No Objection Certificate produced subsequently on 06.11.2015, on merits. 3.

Considering the limited scope of the relief sought, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 30.05.2015, which has been given by way of hard copy dated 13.06.2015, along with the No Objection Certificate dated 06.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
