agreement for the supply of water signed and executed by the first respondent on 19.06.2014 in pursuance to his allotment of Industrial site in reference NO.D1/SIGC-GKN/PRATHISTA 2014 dated 05.2.2014 to the 5th respondent as null and void and consequently direct the first respondent to cancel his agreement on allotment of surface water of 15,00,000 litres per day to the fifth respondent Company for the manufacture of purified drinking water.
