Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing respondents 1 to 8 from putting up any construction in Survey No. 93/1B, having Paimash No. 470, 471 having New Survey No. 180/13, Guduvancherry Village, Gramanatham within the Sub Registration District of Guduvancherry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.12.2015.

The petitioner made a representation on 11.12.2015 to the 3rd respondent alleging that the private respondents are putting up construction in the property in Survey No. 93/1B, having Paimash No. 470, 471 having New Survey No. 180/13, Guduvancherry Village, Gramantham within the Sub Registration District of Guduvancherry, over which they do not have absolute title, without getting prior permission. As the said representation is pending consideration, seeking to expedite the disposal of the same, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
As the allegation made by the petitioner in the representatin dated 11.12.2015 pertains to construction without permission, a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation dated 11.12.2015, on merits, in accordance with law and after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents herein, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
