Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records on the file of the second respondent impugned proceedings bearing numbers (1)Na.Ka.No.2762/2020/Aa4/u.e (Panchayat) dated 03.10.2020 (2) Na.Ka.No.2762/2020/Aa4/u.e (Panchayat) dated 03.10.2020 whereby the administrative approval was sanctioned in favour of the Public Works Department and (3) Na.Ka.No.2764/2020/Aa4/u.e (Panchayat) dated 03.10.2020 whereby the administrative approval was sanctioned in favour of the Highways Department to do certain works by diverting Union Council general funds and quash the same as illegal, against natural justice and well established law and consequently pass suitable direction against the second respondent to return the diverted fund to the Anakkavoor Panchayat Union from the respondents 6 to 9 to carry out the essential works by the Anakkavoor Panchayat Union.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through video conference, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel also submitted that he has sent an e-mail to that effect, to the Registry.
2.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
