Venkatesh Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R The Writ Petitions have been filed to dispose the representation of the Petitioners dated 20.05.2019 to survey/measure the vacant plot in Patta No. 3922, Old Survey No. 135/4, 135/5, New Survey No. 135/2B, Plot No. 2, in Vijay Nagar Layout, Orgadam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai District measuring an extent of 2500 square feet of land and fix the boundaries and to issue Survey Certificate. 2.

In furtherance to the orders dated 09.07.2019 passed by this Court, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents has produced proceedings No. Na. Ka. 112/2019 dated 22.07.2019 stating that the Petitioners are not the owners of the land and several others are claiming right to the same and in such circumstances, the request of the Petitioners to survey the land cannot be acceded.

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stand disposed recording the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the Respondents. If the Petitioners still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, it is open to them to work out their remedy for necessary relief impleading the necessary parties before the competent forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
