2. The aforesaid Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time of 8 weeks for complying the order dated 14.10.2019 in C.R.P.No.740 of 2019 passed by this Court. Hence, this Court vide order dated 14.12.2020 allowed the said petition by extending four weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and directed the Registry to list the case on 28.01.2021 under the caption "For Reporting Compliance".

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the H.M.O.P.N0.2 of 2014 on the file of Subordinate Court, Tambaram has been re-numbered and transferred to Subordinate Court, Alandur and the same was dismissed as withdraw on 29.06.2022.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, nothing survives in the aforesaid Civil Miscellaneous Petition for further adjudication.
