Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to forthwith consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 14.12.2015 seeking to release the payments due to the Petitioner as claimed in Bill NO.0027015604 dated 02.07.2012 for a sum of Rs.1 90 807.48/- Bill No.0027015812 for a sum of Rs.2 11 362/- Bill No.4100034436 dated 04.11.2015 for a sum of Rs.2 63 339.65/- and Bill No.4100034436 dated 04.11.2015 for a sum of Rs.2 63 339.65/- and Bill No.4100038544 dated 07.12.2015 for a sum of Rs.1 17 883/- and refundable security deposit of Rs.50 000/- paid vide Receipt No.7800010949 dated 13.11.2009.

O R D E R
Mr.Doraisamy, learned Senior Counsel is present on behalf of the writ petitioner.
2. Prayer in the main writ petition is very simple and innocuous.
3. Prayer in the main writ petition is only to mandamus the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2015 regarding release of payments for transport work said to have been done by the writ petitioner.
4. Writ Petition was admitted on 18.02.2016.
5. Though both the respondents have been duly served and their names have been shown in the cause list, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on their behalf either in person or through counsel.
6. Considering the simple and innocuous nature of the prayer in the main writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to
dispose of the representation of the writ petitioner dated 14.12.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The disposal of the representation shall be duly communicated to the writ petitioner within this four weeks time frame.
7. Main writ petition is disposed of on the above terms. No costs. In view of the order passed in the main writ petition, the miscellaneous petition is closed as unnecessary.
