PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records pertaining to the orders of the fourth respondent in his proceedings Nil dated 20.08.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to draw the Selection Grade Pay Scale of Rs.1560039100+Rs.5400 (GP) in terms of GO Ms.No.263 Finance Department (Pay Cell) dated 22.07.2013.

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 20.08.2014 and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to draw the Selection Grade Pay Scale of Rs.15600-39100 + Rs.5400 (GP) in terms of G.O.Ms.No.263, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.07.2013.

In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents it is stated that as per G.O.Ms.No.263, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 22.07.2013, the increase in pay was given only from 01.04.2013 and therefore the petitioner is entitled for the corresponding selection grade with monetary effect from 01.04.2013.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the respondents agreed and stated that the petitioner is entitled for the corresponding selection grade with monetary effect from 01.04.2013 and it was also given effect, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that as already the petitioner was granted selection grade with monetary effect from 01.04.2013, in the considered opinion of this Court, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
