As against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 10.09.2015, the petitioners preferred an appeal to the 1st respondent, namely, Sub Collector, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, on 16.10.2015. Seeking to expedite the disposal of the appeal, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition.
