2.Having regard to the fact that the petitioners in the impleading applications are the persons in favour of whom approval was granted vide order impuged in the above writ petition, this Court finds that the petitioners are also proper and necessary parties to the lis and therefore, these petitions are ordered as prayed for and the petitioners are respectively impleaded as respondents 6 and 7 in W.P.No.13306 of 2024.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
