Prayer in W.P.Nos.18083, 18089 & 18093 of 2019: These Petitions are filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1354/Aa5/2019 dated 11.06.2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as Secondary Grade Teacher in Pallipattu Union, Thiruvallur District.

Prayer in W.P.No.19877 of 2019: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.0135/A2/2019 dated 11.01.2019 and the consequential order issued by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.106/A1/2019 dated 18.01.2019 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in Panchayat Union Middle School, Solampattu (Colony).
