2. The petitioner has challenged the communication of the second respondent in Letter No.NHAI/18011/166/2013/PIU. Chennai/2107 dated 04.08.2014, wherein there was a proposal to establish additional toll booths in five locations.
3. Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the third respondent has filed a memo dated 18.09.2020, stating that the second respondent has decided not to proceed further with the impugned communication dated 04.08.2014. As such, the petitioner may not have any further grievance as against the impugned communication. Recording the memo of the third respondent dated 18.09.2020, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
