ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant agricultural service connection to the petitioner's bore-well in Survey No.15/5, Venkatesapuram Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, as per seniority as on 25.04.1991.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is no more and hence, liberty may be given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the legal heirs of the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court disposes of this writ petition, leaving it open to the legal heirs of the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents to ventilate their grievances along with a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On submitting such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
