By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

Heard Mr.S.Pushpakaran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.R.Vijyakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

The Writ Petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2015 in the light of the decisions of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.18397 of 2014 etc batch, dated 30.09.2015. 4.

In view of the fact that the Hon'ble Division Bench has passed orders in identical matters, this Writ Petition is disposed of on identical terms. Whatever the benefits which will accrue pursuant to the orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench would also be made applicable to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
