Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to fix up a date for final hearing of the criminal revision case bearing No.1110/2018 or consider criminal M.P.Nos.12993 and 12994 of 2018 pending disposal on the file of this Honourable Court.[CRL.MP.NO.8428/2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VENKATESH V.S. Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/A-3, namely, Marie Stella Rene W/o John Baskar, has surrendered before the Trial Court on 17.07.2019 and she is in judicial custody. The period of sentence imposed on the petitioner is one year and thereby, he would seek for fixing an earlier date for hearing of the Criminal Revision. Post the Criminal Revision Petition No.1110/2018 on 11.09.2019.

2. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
