ORDER

This company petition is filed seeking winding up of the respondent company M/s Mascon Global Limited under Section 433(3) of the Companies Act, 1956 and directing the properties to be vested with the Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras and for costs.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e.,on 11.12.2017, it is submitted by the the learned counsel for the parties including the Official Liquidator that the respondent company has already been wound up and the Official Liquidator has taken charge as the provisional liquidator of the respondent company.

3. In view of the same, this company petition stands closed giving liberty to the petitioner to raise the claim before the Official Liquidator.
