ORDER

Heard Mr.M.Rajendiran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondent and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondent to permit him to continue the lease right of pay and use Toilet, backside to the Municipality Bus stand up to March 2016 without insisting to pay further amount based on his representation dated 15.12.2015.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2015.

4.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.12.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
