Respondents Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to allot the TNSCB (Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board) allotment to the petitioner based on the proceeding vide No.G6/15872/2013 dated 16.06.2014 issued by the 1st respondent and by complying with Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.30929 of 2016 being as such the other claimant as legal heir the 2nd respondent is not dwelling in Tamil Nadu State, since settled in Puducherry state for past 22 years who is not in eligibility to seek for TNSCB as the 2nd respondent is meant to be citizen of Puducherry State and the claim is belated as per the limitation act.
