ORDER

The petitioner made a representation to the District Collector, Thiruvallur seeking issuance of patta with respect to S.F.No.29, No.87, Veppampattu Village, Thiruvallur Taluk for an extent of 058.5 Hectares. On receipt of the same, the District Collector directed the third respondent to make an inspection, conduct an enquiry and file the report. Despite the said communication sent in Na.Ka.No.14086/2012/No.1, dated 30.08.2012, since no progress is made at the hands of the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the above, a direction is issued to 3rd respondent to comply with the direction of the District Collector, Thiruvallur dated 30.08.2012 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not done already by conducting the enquiry calling the petitioners and the third parties, if any. Thereafter, the 3rd respondent will have to send its representation to the District Collector, Thiruvallur within the said time as indicated above. On receipt of the same, the appropriate orders will have to be passed by the District Collector, Thiruvallur once again affording opportunities to the parties concerned within a further period of eight weeks.
